Very. It’s a conservative bank. We just have to be patient; things will improve, over time. Even with the setback that we’ve had, the U.S. economy is the strongest in the world. It’s a larger economy than the next four largest, combined. We are coming into the American century. We may think it was the last century; I think it will be this century, because of the positive economics. If you look at the gross national product, there has been a slight downtick, but the GNP is huge, and getting bigger. Yes, we have 10 percent unemployment. But, let’s look at the 90 percent that are employed.

I haven’t given it much thought. Everyone knows the banks were making loans to people who couldn’t afford the payments. The Bush administration knew this was coming, and it could have been much worse than what has actually happened. The United States is the greatest capitalist nation on Earth. Why can’t we give Obama a chance? Why is the media crucifying our president? Let’s give Obama a chance.

I feel very confident about it. My bank is one of the largest in the country, so they’d probably have to do things pretty poorly to fail at this point. It has the most resources, so I don’t have any fear of my bank going under. If I were at a community bank, I’d be a little concerned. Their balance sheets might not be as strong, because of the loans they have undertaken. It all comes down to the management decisions they made, and how diligent they were in securing proper knowledge about the loans they were giving out.
