Is a high-school program tailored to the performing arts a good idea for Collier County Public Schools? The public still has time to take part in a survey to gauge interest.
Parents of students in grades seven, eight and nine should have seen a Performing Arts High School Parent Survey sent home last week. Those families are reminded to please fill out and return those surveys by Thursday. The proposed program, a school system press release says, would be located at Golden Gate High School.
For more information, contact school system Fine Arts Coordinator Linda Cummings at (239) 377-0087.
This is an opportunity to be heard on an innovative project. Help determine whether the curtain ought to go up.
