Borelli’s Centurion model open for viewing at Estuary

Borelli Construction has completed its newest model in Estuary at Grey Oaks. The Centurion model, now open for viewing, continues the tradition of luxury, custom-built homes typical of this gated golf community.

The 7,000-square-foot Centurion offers six bedrooms, including a private apartment and attached cabana adjacent to the lanai.

The home also incorporates a circular driveway that extends through a limestone archway into a private motor court.

Hand-crafted cypress corbels complement wood soffits encircling the house and create a sense of the upscale Caribbean style.

A grand stair tower at the entrance encompasses three floors and unites the home’s entrance and views through the living room to the golf course beyond.

The home is designed to take advantage of the Bob Cupp-designed golf course and offers a commanding view of the eighth hole and lakes while offering the utmost in privacy.

The living room looks out onto the golf course and provides an expansive view of the pool’s trilogy of patio fountains and lanai. This view can also be seen from the family room and kitchen, where sliding doors pocket away to blend the living space and lanai into one large, outdoor room.

At the touch of a button, automated roll-up screens offer protection without sacrificing the view. The home is also equipped with the motorized shutters that provide storm protection, security and cleanliness while not interfering with the home’s design.

This classically elegant yet contemporary home, designed by Stofft Cooney Architects, is modeled after the grand estates in the British West Indies.

“We wanted to offer clients a different architectural option,” said Vincent Borelli, president of Borelli Construction. “The clean lines embrace a modern contemporary esthetic while limestone archways and custom made wood soffits are a departure. It is an exciting alternative to the Mediterranean style that is so predominant in Naples,” Borelli added.

The home showcases 18-foot ceilings with richly crafted cypress wood beams that extend across the entire length of the main living area into a chef’s kitchen.

The kitchen is further complemented by a full service china display room and a 1,000-bottle temperature controlled wine cellar.

The master suite, complete with his-and-her baths and custom designed closets, add functionality and style.

A unique feature of this home is its emphasis on saving energy through green building techniques. Featured are low-E argon filled windows, foam envelope thermal insulation, tankless hot water heaters, and a computerized lighting system that operates all electrical components at a lower draw of electricity.

The Centurion is being offered through Premier Properties of Southwest Florida Inc., Realtors. It is priced at $6.3 million.

A smaller version with similar design features is also available for construction.

The Estuary sales center is located at 1485 Anhinga Pointe. Entrances to the community are on Airport-Pulling Road and Golden Gate Parkway.
