NAPLES — One lump or two? Starting at 7 p.m., that's the question Naples Daily News staff members will be asking attendees during Wednesday night's "Coffee & Community" event at the Books-A-Million at Mercato.
The informal meet-and-greet aims to introduce readers and non-readers alike to the multiple ways they can connect, interact and engage with the journalists and content of the Daily News.
"Coffee & Community" participants will find free coffee and the chance to meet Daily News journalists and learn how they're using social media tools like Twitter, Facebook and YouTube to expand their reporting and connect with residents around Southwest Florida. Attendees can also use the Twitter hashtag #ndncoffee to follow the action on the web or their mobile phones.
The event runs from 7-8:30 p.m. in the cafe space at the Books-A-Million at Mercato; the shopping center is located near the corner of US 41 and Vanderbilt Beach Road. Bring your mobile phones and plenty of questions! Need more information?
