Easter: Egg hunts for next three days, way too much good food

Among the big four of Naples holidays, Easter rates perhaps only to Christmas, with its spiritual significance for Christians and its promise of candy for everyone — not to mention its association with a family meal of ham or lamb.

Easter eggs hunts have been happening all week, but you can count on them exponentially increasing Saturday and Sunday. Here are a list of Easter happenings around Collier and south Lee County. As the date approaches, see more events online at www.naplesnews.com.

-- Angelina’s Ristorante will be open for its Sunday Champagne Easter brunch from 10:30 a.m. to 2 p.m. with a dinner buffet from 2 to 8 p.m. at 24041 U.S. 41 S., Bonita Springs. The Champagne brunch includes unlimited Champagne, mimosas and bloody Marys for $55 per person. The dinner buffet includes a complimentary bottle of wine for each table at the price of $65 per person. The restaurant’s regular Sunday wine special will not be available on Easter.
