Coffee & Community takes over Nordstrom at Waterside Shops on September 22

NAPLES — What's happening in YOUR neighborhood? Starting at 6 p.m., that's the question staff members will be asking attendees during the Wednesday, September 22 "Coffee & Community" event at the Nordstrom's E-Bar at 5489 Tamiami Trail North inside Nordstrom at the Waterside Shops at the corner of Pine Ridge Road and U.S. 41 in North Naples.

The informal meet-and-greet, the fourteenth in a monthly series, aims to introduce readers and non-readers alike to the multiple ways they can connect, interact and engage with the journalists and content of the Naples Daily News and naplesnews.com.

"Coffee & Community" participants will find free coffee, snacks and the chance to meet staff members from the Naples Daily News. There is no formal program planned for the event. "Coffee & Community" is a chance for members of the public to get face-to-face with staff members, learn how they can contribute to the Community section of the Naples Daily News and learn how they can get their photos, news releases and stories into the pages of the newspaper and onto naplesnews.com.

The event runs from 6-7:30 p.m. at Nordstrom's E-Bar at 5489 Tamiami Trail North inside Nordstrom at the Waterside Shops at the corner of Pine Ridge Road and U.S. 41 in North Naples.
