Crime Stoppers is asking for the public's help identifying two women who racked up more than $1,600 in charges at two stores within an hour, while using a stolen credit card.

Surveillance video shows the women walking out of separate stores at the Coconut Point Mall on Jan. 30, one having charged up $859 at Best Buy and the other walking out with $837 in merchandise from Target.

The victim told authorities said that she'd been at the Coconut Point mall in Estero that day between 12:30 and 2 p.m.

During that time, someone stole her purse from a larger bag she was carrying -- taking her credit card, drivers license and $20 in cash.

Within the hour her card was used at both stores, and it wasn't until she went to retrieve her card for use at another store that she realized her purse had been stolen. Coincidentally, the same suspects were caught together on video at a Target store in Venice the day before, attempting to use a stolen credit card, which was denied.

Anyone with information on the identities of either of these two women are asked to call Crime Stoppers at 1-800-780-TIPS (8477).

All callers will remain anonymous and will be eligible for up to $1,000 in cash rewards. Tips may also be made online at www.swflcrimestoppers.org.
