Financial class to meet Jan. 15

The next Financial Class of Bonita Springs meets Friday, Jan. 15, from 10 a.m. to noon. The class is held at Community Congregational Church, which is one mile south of Bonita Beach Road on U.S. 41 in North Naples. The class meets once a month during the season. New members can join at anytime during the season. Bring a friend or your spouse along to attend.

Scheduled topics for the class include: the state of the economy, analysis of the financial markets, asset allocation, and stock, ETF, and mutual fund investing. The course is presented in an educational style format and is open to the public - geared to all levels of investors. The class teaches how to avoid costly investment mistakes and proper behavior during the investment process. Class instructor is Keith Moored, a local independent stock market and mutual fund analyst.

At the Jan. 15 session, the guest speaker will be Bill Whitney, a local accountant who will talk about tax preparation for 2009 and changes in the tax code for 2010.

John Marazzi Nissan named top dealer in district for December

For the second consecutive month, John Marazzi Nissan has led new car sales in Nissan’s Central Florida District covering Lee, Collier, Charlotte, Highlands, Indian River, St. Lucie, Martin, and Palm Beach counties. According to Michael E. Cook, Dealer Operations Manager for the Central Florida District, “John Marazzi Nissan led all other Nissan district dealerships with 167 new Nissans sold, selling 24 more Nissans than their next closest competitor and turning in an astonishing 327 percent year-over-year sales increase.”

Arcadia Aerospace announces vision
