NAPLES — There was no happy ending.
An undercover operation targeting unlicensed massage therapists and prostitutes netted three arrests Tuesday, said Collier County Sheriff’s officials.
Xueyan Feng, 43, whose East Naples address was not available, was arrested by Collier deputies Tuesday near the 5000 block of Pine Ridge Road.
Julie McNeal, 32, of the 2000 block of Fountain View Circle, East Naples, was arrested by Collier deputies at home.
Rachael Marie Mixon, 28, of Fort Pierce, was arrested by Collier deputies at the Spinnaker Inn, in the 6000 block of Dudley Drive.
All three were charged with prostitution and practicing massage therapy without a license.
The investigation by the Sheriff’s Office’s Vice and Narcotics Bureau found the women through online advertisements touting “massage therapy” and “erotic massage” in Naples and Collier.
Undercover detectives contacted Feng at the Pine Ridge address and McNeal via phone to set up the massage sessions.
Feng charged $60 for a full body massage, and then after finishing solicited the undercover detective for $40 before disrobing, reports say.
Deputies said McNeal offered to perform a sex act for $250 in addition to the erotic massage originally requested. The report did not reveal the cost for the massage.
Detectives found Mixon through a phone number offering erotic massage. Reports said the man who answered the phone instructed the undercover detective to go to the Spinnaker Inn and told him that he’d have “a good time.”
When the detective made contact with Mixon, reports said they spoke of the services she offered and that she agreed to have sex for $650, in addition to the $250 she charged for an erotic massage.
As of Thursday morning, Mixon remained in jail, while Feng and McNeal were out on $3,000 bail each.
