Local students had an up close and personal look at circus animals at the Germain Arena in Estero on Friday.
Children learned about elephants and miniature horses during an educational program how Ringling Bros. and Barnum & Bailey Circus takes care of the animals.
The circus will be in town through the weekend. This year's theme is "Illuscination," which features magic, clowns, acrobats, animals and more. For more information about tickets go to www.ticketmaster.com.
