On Thursday approximately 100 teens came out to Marco Island’s South Beach to celebrate their last day of school. This was the 4th Annual School’s Out for Summer Beach Bash sponsored by the City of Marco Island Parks and Recreation Department.
DJ Dominick Buonantuono with Mobile Sound Entertainment spun the tracks and Games2U Entertainment provided laser tag.
Teens spent the afternoon swimming in the Gulf, playing football, soccer and beach volleyball with friends, dancing the cha cha slide, and challenging one another in tug-of-war.
Subway, located in the Shops of Marco, provided sandwiches, chips, and cookies. The Subway sandwich man even made a special appearance and danced with the kids. The event was a huge success which served as the perfect end to yet another successful school year.
