MARCO ISLAND — Criminal mischief, vehicle break-in
James Williamson reported that someone attempted to break into his vehicle while it was parked in the garage at South Seas Condominiums, 380 Seaview Ct., sometime between 8 p.m., on Feb. 19, and 8 a.m., on Feb. 20. The break-in damaged the vehicle's lock mechanism.
Theft of bicycles
Katherine Jones reported that two of her bicycles valued at approximately $250 were stolen from her driveway located on the 1500 block of Bermuda Road at about 3:30 p.m. on Feb. 21.
Domestic battery
A disturbance was reported on the 1800 block of Dogwood Drive at about 11:20 a.m., on March 1. Stephen Burnett, 19, was charged with domestic battery after police say he assaulted another family member in his home. Burnett was taken to jail.
Theft of pool equipment
Edward Malinowski reported that his automatic pool cleaner was stolen from his residence, which is located on Copperfield Court, between 8 a.m., on Nov. 1, and 12:30 p.m., on March 2. Estimated value of loss is $250.
