A large bear is caught on tape meandering around outside Lee County Electric Cooperative's Belle Meade substation, which is located on Collier Boulevard in Naples just north of Marco Island, on Tuesday night. LCEC caught the near-trespasser on their security camera footage.

NAPLES — A large bear is caught on tape meandering around outside Lee County Electric Cooperative's Belle Meade substation, which is located on Collier Boulevard in Naples just north of Marco Island.

LCEC caught the near-trespasser on their security camera footage which revealed the visit was at about 8:30 p.m. on Tuesday.

"None of the LCEC heroes met up with it," said LCEC spokeswoman Karen Ryan.
