Deputies search for Lehigh Acres burglar

Lee County sheriff’s deputies are looking for a burglar who broke into a Lehigh Acres home on Wednesday and stole jewelry, video games, a television and a gun.

The victim told deputies that she left for work around 7:30 a.m. and returned to her home in the 7800 block of Buckingham Road around 3 p.m. to find that someone used a rock to break her lanai door, according to an incident report. The burglar kicked the head board of the victim’s bed, breaking it, pried the television’s bracings from the wall, and pulled wires through the drywall.

Domestic violence arrests

■ Sarah J. Bosher, 29, of the 12000 block of Americus Lane, East Naples, was arrested by Collier deputies Wednesday at home. Bosher was charged with battery/hitting somebody against their will and battery/intentionally causing someone bodily harm. Reports said she attacked her husband over their children’s rewards system.

■ Reynaldo Estrada Jr., 35, of the 400 block of 15th Street S.E., Immokalee, was arrested by Collier deputies Tuesday at home. He was charged with battery by strangulation after reports said he threw a beer can at his brother and then choked him when a verbal argument became physical.

DUI arrests

■ Nicholas Chester Milo, 29, of the 2000 block of Scrub Oak Circle, East Naples, was arrested by Collier deputies Wednesday near the intersection of Johns Street and U.S. 41. Milo was also charged with refusing to submit to a DUI test.

■ Eugene Joseph Milita, 61, of the 300 block of Calusa Drive, Chokoloskee, was arrested by Collier deputies Wednesday near the 100 block of Glades Boulevard.

■ Omer Schwarz, 56, of the 3000 block of Boca Ciega Drive, East Naples, was arrested by Collier deputies Wednesday at home.

■ Myron Abbe Spencer, 63, of Menton, Alabama, was arrested by Naples police Wednesday near the intersection of Old Trail Drive and U.S. 41.

■ John A. Van De Zyden, 52, of Ontario, Canada, was arrested by Naples police Wednesday near the intersection of Neapolitan Way and U.S. 41.

■ Grant Robertson, 19, of the 4400 block of Williams Road, Estero, was arrested by Lee deputies on Wednesday near the intersection of Capri Drive and Toledo Drive in San Carlos Park.

Drug arrests

■ Regina Fernandez, 49, of the 1000 block of Second Avenue North, Naples, was arrested by Naples police Wednesday at home. She was charged with possession of marijuana and possession of narcotics paraphernalia.

■ Marybeth J. Walbert, 43, of the 200 block of Marie Lane, East Naples, was arrested by Collier deputies Tuesday near the intersection of Radio Road and Meadow Lakes Drive. Walbert was charged with possession of drug paraphernalia.
