NAPLES — Fresh off her run on “American Idol,” Naples native Paige Miles made an appearance on David Letterman on Monday night.
Miles sat in with Letterman’s house band and conducted a short interview with the late night host before singing Stevie Wonder’s “Living for the City.”
Though she struggled with Laryngitis after making the show’s top 12, Miles voice sounded as if had recovered during her appearance.
During her interview with Letterman, Miles said all the judges were special in their own ways but Ellen was her favorite.
“She smiled a lot at us so we weren’t always terrified to sing up there,” Miles said.
Though Miles didn’t make it far enough to be included on the show’s tour, she said her show business career is just beginning.
