Stock Development has completed another phase of casitas at Paseo, a gated, resort-style community in south Fort Myers.

Paseo’s casita designs are built around a common driveway, offering the privacy of a single-family home. Six floor plans are offered, each of which is under construction in the new phase. Casitas are priced starting in the $180,000s.

“Five of the six units are already sold,” said Tim Clark, vice president of sales for Paseo. “Altogether, we have approximately 50 new homes under construction. It is a very exciting time at Paseo.”

The Cordova is a two-bedroom, two-and-a-half bath home with 1,531 square feet under air and 1,978 total square feet, including the courtyard and an attached two-car garage. The kitchen opens to a formal dining room and the living room offers French doors that open to the private walled courtyard. Upstairs are two bedroom suites, an office space with a desk and a laundry room.

The Carmel has two bedrooms, two-and-a-half baths, 1,531 square feet under air and 1,978 total square feet, which includes a courtyard and an attached two-car garage. The home has a kitchen with walk-in pantry, living room and dining room downstairs. Upstairs offers office space with a custom-built desk with built-in cabinetry. The two bedroom suites are situated on either end of the office area.

The Capistrano encompasses 1,776 square feet and offers two bedrooms, three baths and a loft that serves as a study or is convertible to a third bedroom. Downstairs is an island-style kitchen with breakfast nook, and living and dining areas. Upstairs are two full bedroom suites and an open loft area with a walk-in closet.

The Castells is an open floor plan with 1,776 square feet. Downstairs features a gourmet island-style kitchen with a large pantry, a breakfast nook and a powder room. The kitchen opens to the formal dining and living rooms and there is access to an attached two-car garage. The two bedroom suites and loft are located upstairs.

The Laguna is two-story, two-bedroom, three-bath casita offering a study, loft, two one-car garages and 2,039 square feet. An island-style kitchen, dining room, living room, study and a full bath are featured downstairs. Upstairs are two bedroom suites and open loft space.

The Escondido is two-story, three-bedroom, two-and-a-half bath casita featuring a loft, formal living and dining rooms, two attached one-car garages and 2,080 square feet. On the ground floor is the master suite and an island-style kitchen that opens to the great room area. Two bedrooms, a loft flex-room and a third bath are upstairs.

Paseo offers flats and town homes, including two- and three-story designs, in 14 floor plans with two, three or four bedrooms and two or three baths. These homes range from 1,227 to 2,084 square feet under air and include one- and two-car garages.

Two neighborhoods of single-story, two-story and courtyard-style single-family homes are available. Plans range from 1,649 to 3,000 square feet under air with an attached two-car garage. Homes feature views of the Six Mile Cypress Slough and surrounding lakes.

Prices at Paseo begin in the mid-$150,000s.

Paseo’s village center amenities include a full- service concierge, bistro, ice cream parlor, pub, Internet café, coffee shop, fitness center, business center and library, spa services and a 90-seat theater. The resort-style pool features a pool-side gazebo that serves refreshments. Adjacent to the main pool is a large spa, a fitness-oriented lap pool and a children’s water playground.

The sports center includes six lighted, HydroGrid tennis courts, a fishing pier, four bocce ball courts and a basketball court.

Paseo’s sales center is at 11940 Palba Way in south Fort Myers. From Daniels Parkway, one-half mile west of Interstate 75 at Exit 131, turn north on Palomino Lane. After 1.5 miles, turn left on Penzance Boulevard. Paseo’s gated entry is one-half mile ahead on the right.
