NAPLES — Two Collier men found themselves in jail Thursday, after Collier Sheriff’s Office deputies say they were involved in two related incidents at Club Ultra.
Anthony Reed Guisto, 26, of the 5000 block of Lancewood Way, was arrested by Collier deputies Thursday outside of Club Ultra 15495 Tamiami Trail N.
Guisto was charged with disorderly conduct and resisting arrest without violence.
According to Collier Sheriff’s reports, shortly after 2 a.m. Thursday deputies spotted Guisto screaming at a woman in the middle of a crowd outside of the club.
A deputy placed himself between Guisto and the unnamed woman, after Guisto ignored several requests by deputies to walk away from the situation.
After that, reports said Guisto initially walked away, but then became more agitated and began to instigate fights with other patrons who were exiting the club.
As a result Guisto was taken into custody.
Another man was also arrested during the ruckus caused by Guisto.
Alex Jacinto Arias, 25, of the 400 block of 25th Street S.W., Golden Gate Estates, was arrested by Collier deputies Thursday outside of Club Ultra 15495 Tamiami Trail N..
Reports said that during the commotion caused by Guisto, Arias approached a deputy and pushed him out of the way so a car could leave the parking lot.
Arias was charged with battery on a law enforcement officer/ fire fighter/ emergency medical technician and resisting arrest without violence.
