Woman faints at Blue Martini

Update 9:45 p.m.

A woman who fainted at the Blue Martini in North Naples Sunday night did not require hospitalization, officials said.

When Collier County Emergency Medical Service and Collier County deputies arrived at the Blue Martini shortly before 7:30 p.m. on Sunday, the woman who had fainted refused transport to a nearby hospital and declined to make a report, said Collier County Sheriff's Office spokeswoman Jamie Mosbach.

The woman, who was in her 60s, gave no indication that there was any chance she was drugged or that this was related to the ongoing investigations into allegations of drugging at the bar and restaurant located in the Mercato shopping center, reported Mosbach.
