Lely High School will be offering its annual free pre-participation exams on Saturday to all Lely students planning to participate in athletics at the school during the 2011-2012 school year.
The pre-participation exams are available at no cost and will take place in the school gymnasium located at 1 Lely High School Blvd.
Girls should report for their exams at 7 a.m., and boys should report at 9 a.m. No girls will be taken after 9 a.m., and no boys will be taken after 11 a.m. All students should wear a T-shirt, shorts, and sandals to the exam.
Students planning to participate in athletics are required to have physicals/pre-participation exams, which are good for one calendar year. Forms requiring a parent signature are available in the Lely Activities Office. Students new to Lely should also bring their original birth certificate.
