An account has been set up for the family of Mary Ann Zarb to help pay for funeral expenses and travel costs to attend the funeral. Donations can be made payable to Julie Ann Temperly for the benefit of the "Mary Ann Zarb Family" at any Sun Trust Bank, under account number 1000139950074, according to the Lee County Sheriff's Office.
Services are scheduled for Sunday, May 1, at 3 p.m. at First Baptist Church of Bonita Springs, 3971 Via Del Rey, Bonita Springs.
The family has also requested that instead of flowers, any additional donations be made to the "Lee County Sheriff’s Office Fallen Officers Fund."
Two men were charged this week with the felony murder, armed burglary and grand theft in the slaying of Zarb, 64, of Estero.
