OCALA, Fla. (AP) — Two women and two children have died in a north Florida house fire.
Marion County firefighters say a quarter of the house northwest of Ocala was already burning when they arrived at 12:53 a.m. Friday.
A neighbor told the Ocala Star-Banner (http://bit.ly/pCQnA2) he heard someone shout fire and ran outside. He said the living room appeared to be burning. He tried to knock on the windows but said the flames were "way too hot."
Detectives from the Marion County Sheriff's Office are investigating the fire.
Names of the victims have not been released.
