NAPLES — A four-vehicle collision in Naples this afternoon left one woman trapped in her vehicle and two others injured.
The collision occurred about 1 p.m. at the intersection of U.S. 41 and Old Trail Drive, said Naples Fire Battalion Chief Pete DiMaria.
Vehicles were scattered across the intersection in the crash, he reported.
Firefighters used hydraulic extrication tools to pry open a door to rescue the driver of one vehicle because the doors got jammed.
That woman and two others were transported to the hospital by Collier County EMS, DiMaria said, in what appeared to be fairly minor injuries.
Naples Police also responded to the scene.
