The top three teams stayed the same in the City Men’s Softball League.
DaVinci’s’, 24, Marco Island Brewery, 9
DaVinci’s bounced back after last week’s loss to down Marco Island Brewery.
DaVinci’s was led by Michael Graczyk’s four hits, while Mark Feola and Jordan Sieben knocked out three hits each and Mike Radlovacki slammed a home run.
Matt Cross led the Brew with four hits, while Chris Bowden, Tim Sunyog and John La Cava each had three hits.
Joey’s Pizza, 10, Eli’s Contracting, 8
Joey’s Pizza continues to stay on Cocomo’s heals by edging Eli’s Contracting.
Joey’s was led by Steve Pahr’s three hits, while Santo Gentile, Jimmy Stephenson and Tony Oliverio added two hits each.
Chris Nygard led Eli’s with three hits and Dylan Langford added two.
Sand Bar, 17, Islander Pool, 2
Sand Bar moved above .500 with its win over Islander Pool. Islander continues to struggle at the plate, only mustering six hits.
Cocomo’s, 7, Nacho Mama’s, 0
Nacho’s could not field enough players and forfeited the game to Cocomo’s.
