— Newly appointed Florida Sen.-elect Marco Rubio will be sworn into Congress Wednesday as a new term begins on Capitol Hill.

In all, 432 members of the House of Representatives and 100 members of the Senate will gather to start the new two-year legislative session.

Republicans will take control of the House following major gains in the November mid-term elections, while Democrats will retain control of the Senate.

Ohio Rep. John Boehner is expected to be elected Speaker of the House as one of the first orders of business.
