A Lee County couple is accused of breaking into a home, stealing hundreds of dollars worth of electronics, then caught on video trying to sell the stolen items at a local pawn shop.
Crime Stoppers is in need of the public's help to track down the suspected thieves.
According to Lee County detectives, Dusty Ray Heishman, 27, and an unknown female companion were seen by neighbors exiting a home on Fifth Avenue in Lee County on June 25th carrying items including guitars, an amp, a DVD player, iPod and luggage.
Deputies say the couple then went to an area pawn shop and swapped out the stolen goods for cash.
Surveillance cameras at the pawn shop clearly show Heishman handing over the amp, with his female companion at his side while the fraudulent transaction took place.
Heishman has recently vacated his last known address, but is believed to be laying low in area drug houses, according to a Crime Stopper's press release.
Any information on Heishman's whereabouts, as well as the identity of the female who helped perpetrate the crime is asked to call Crime Stoppers at 1-800-780-TIPS (8477).
All callers will remain anonymous and will be eligible for a cash reward of up to $1,000.
