St. Matthew's House food pantry in need of donations

The St. Matthew’s House food pantry in Naples is running dangerously low.

Without significant nonperishable food donations, St. Matthew's House will be forced to drastically scale back their assistance programs that help over 100 families weekly who cannot afford to buy groceries.

Items needed the most include: dry cereal, oatmeal, peanut butter and jelly (small jars), spaghetti sauce (16 oz. jars), canned vegetables and fruit, boxed macaroni and cheese mixes, powdered and evaporated milk, dry and canned beans, and canned meats.

Donations can be brought directly to St. Matthew’s House, which is located at 2001 Airport Road S.

St. Matthew’s House is thankful for any and all donations in this time of need. For more information about SMH or any additional food pantry and direct assistance program needs, please call (239) 298-5026.
