HERNANDO, Fla. — Residents in one Central Florida neighborhood are watching out for a gang of escaped alligators, WPBF reports.
Florida Fish and Wildlife Conservation Commission officials said 17 gators escaped from an alligator farm by digging under a fence. Only nine of them have been found.
"The last one that was caught on Friday evening was about 5 foot 3 inches," resident John Littnan said.
