Customers, potential future customers and passer-by’s gathered at IberiaBank’s Marco Island branch Tuesday to attend the “Thanks Marco” celebration. It was IberiaBank’s way of saying thanks for all the support from Marco Islanders.
The bank’s staff put on an outdoor picnic, of sorts, in the bank’s parking lot. They grilled hot dogs and bratwursts, and passed out drinks, chips and cake. As the attendees enjoyed their lunch, they socialized and listen to the music of JRobert and Sabrina Williams.
“Barbara and I have lived all over the United States of America and have never been anywhere that was as wonderful as Marco,” said Keith Dameron, vice president-manager.
Everyone seemed to have fun, enjoying the dogs, drinks, chips and cake.
Marco Island artist Malenda Trick donated a paining which was raffled off, as well as an IberiaBank stainless steel barbeque tool set.
“We appreciate the community spirit of IberiaBank,” Sarah Walker said, “This event along with the shredding parties are great.”
