Former Robb & Stucky building sells for $6.3 million

A 76,700-square-foot building in Fort Myers that was formerly occupied by Robb & Stucky sold for $6.3 million, according to LandQuest Commercial, which represented the seller.

The building is located at 13170 South Cleveland Ave in Fort Myers. The seller was National Retail Properties Inc. Information about the buyer was not released.

Another former Robb & Stucky building, a 240,000-square-foot warehouse at 14550 Plantation Road off Daniels Parkway, is being purchased by Arthrex Inc. The Naples-headquartered medical device manufacturing company plans to convert the building for use as a distribution center.

Robb & Stucky declared bankruptcy in February with a reported $57 million in debt.
