MUGSHOTS: Two arrested on drug charges near Immokalee Fun House

Edgerrin James’ safe haven for children in Immokalee, the Fun House, was the opposite the last couple of days.

Collier deputies arrested two men on drug charges near 327 2nd Street.

Dwayne Johnson, 34, of the 400 block of South 17th Street, was arrested Sunday “on the property” of the House of Fun, according to a Sheriff’s report. He faces three felony charges and one misdemeanor for possession of crack cocaine and drug paraphernalia.

On Monday, deputies arrested Harold Dennis, 66, of the 500 block of South 5th Street at South Third Street and West Delaware Avenue, two blocks from the House of Fun. Dennis faces with felony charge of cocaine possession. The area is known to deputies as having a high level of illegal narcotic activity, according to Sheriff’s reports.
