FORT MYERS — A Lee County man is accused of partying at a nightclub with four kids in the car in the parking lot.
According to Fort Myers Police reports, officers were called to Club Romance on Palm Beach Boulevard at 1:15 a.m. Sunday after witnesses found four young children, ranging in age from 8-months to 3 years-old, alone in an unlocked vehicle with no guardian or parent around.
Tomas Martinez, 27, of 4200 102 De Soto Avenue, Fort Myers, is facing a felony charge of child neglect for leaving the kids in the car.
