Letter: Pillars of community

Keith Predmore, Bonita Springs

Pillars of community

I am a retired career Army officer residing in Collier County since 1950. I have known Collier County Judge Eugene Turner and the Turner family for 50 years.

The family's service to the public is unparalleled. Harmon Turner was instrumental in the development of this county, Wilbur Turner gave his life in service to this country and Judge Turner has served as our county court for many years. His experience, fairness, dedication and work ethic is unmatched.

The times are demanding on our community and we don't need to spend time in "on the job training." We need to "stay the course" and keep this fine judge on the bench.
