A Golden Gate Estates man is facing felony charges after authorities say he obtained prescription drugs six times from three doctors over a two month period.
Jeremy Austin Adams, 22, of the 14700 block of Indigo Lakes Circle, is facing three counts of fraud — concealing information to obtain prescriptions.
Investigators from the Collier County Sheriff's Office say Adams met with three doctors six times between March 26 and May 24 to obtain prescriptions for clonazepam, a prescription drug used to control seizures and relieve panic attacks.
Adams failed to inform each physician that he had been treated by the others, according to an arrest report.
