Domestic violence arrest

Walter J. Novicki, 48, of Fort Myers, was arrested Tuesday by Collier deputies at the North Naples substation. He is accused of violating a protective order by contacting a local woman. He faces an additional charge of aggravated stalking.

Grand theft arrest

■ Jacob D. Adams, 32, of the 100 block of 16th Street Northeast, Golden Gate Estates, was arrested Tuesday by Collier deputies at his home. He is accused of stealing his parents’ jewelry and also faces two counts of dealing in stolen property.

■ Nicholas A. Hardy, 23, of the 700 block of Pine Vale Drive, East Naples, was arrested Tuesday by Collier deputies at 2373 E. Horseshoe Drive. He is accused of stealing a cash drawer from a Walmart.

DUI arrest

Allan Goldstein, 68, of the 700 block of Mainsail Place, North Naples, was arrested Tuesday by Florida Highway Patrol troopers on Health Park Drive. He faces additional charges of drug paraphernalia possession, marijuana possession, leaving the scene of a crash and DUI property damage.
