An 18-year-old man is accused of breaking into an East Naples Mexican restaurant on Wednesday.
Around 5:30 a.m., Collier County sheriff's deputies were sent to the Taqueria San Julian restaurant at 3575 Bayshore Drive after someone reported seeing masked men breaking the windows. When deputies arrived, the men ran from the building, scattering toward Barrett Avenue, an arrest report said.
After reviewing surveillance footage, deputies arrested Jason Rodrigo Guzman later that day.
Guzman, of the 4200 block of Cindy Avenue, faces charges of burglary and grand theft. As of Thursday, he remained in jail on bonds totaling $12,500.
Reports said the investigation remains open.
