Employees at Target Stores in Southwest Florida recently volunteered at agencies that included Special Equestrians and the Lee County Association for Retarded Citizens, or LARC.
"Target is committed to giving back to the communities that support our teams through their patronage of our business," said Niki Tonnessen, district team leader for Target. "Whether our support is monetary or through time we will continue to be present when our communities need us to be."
Target's volunteers painted buildings, worked in the tack and performed other tasks on the Special Equestrian property. For LARC, volunteers spent a morning at the LARC Cape Coral residential home doing landscaping.
