An onramp to Interstate 75 in North Naples is expected to be shut down for several hours Tuesday night as workers clear the scene of an overturned semi.
A tractor trailer flipped around 7:55 p.m. on the northbound on-ramp at exit 111, Immokalee Road, said Jorge Aguilara with the North Naples fire department.
The semi lost a load of logs that also are blocking the road, he said. The driver was taken to an area hospital with non-lifethreatening injuries.
Rescue workers are trying to clean up some hydraulic oil that spilled in the crash, Aguilara said. Authorities expect the onramp will be closed for several hours.
