A Golden Gate man was arrested Thursday after a Collier County sheriff's deputy said he saw him snorting drugs off a dollar bill at a stop light.
Around 6:45 p.m., the deputy was stopped at the intersection of Golden Gate Parkway and Santa Barbara Boulevard when he saw a man in a gold-colored Ford pickup licking and snorting something off the bill, according to an arrest report.
He pulled the truck over and noticed white residue on the man's nostrils, an arrest report said. Deputies found 32 Oxycodone pills and 20 morphine pills inside the truck, according to the report.
Carlos Alberto Torres, 27, of the 3500 block of 31st Avenue Southwest, was taken to the Naples Jail Center and posted his $2,500 bond later that day.
