PINE NUT CHEESE CRISPS
Ingredients
1 pound asiago cheese, cold and shredded
6 teaspoons pine nuts, chopped
6 teaspoons fresh sage, chopped
Preparation
Preheat the oven to 425 depgrees
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Place six tablespoon-size mounds of cheese about one inch apart on the baking sheet.
Sprinkle each mound with 1/4 teaspoon each of pine nuts and sage.
Bake until cheese is golden and the edges are slightly crisp, approximately eight to 10 minutes.
Remove each crisp with a thin spatula and gently curl around a rolling pin.
Cool on a rack.
Repeat to make approximately 24 crisps.
