David Alexander Henley, the teenager who was in the car with a former Lee County commissioner during a suspected drug deal gave a not guilty plea in court Monday.
Henley, 19, faces felony and misdemeanor charges for drug possession and driving without a license.
He was driving the car in early November when the sheriff's office stopped the teenager and former Lee County commissioner Brian Bigelow after the pair visited a known drug house in the Tice community.
