FORT MYERS — Former Lee County Commissioner Charles Bigelow died Tuesday following a heart attack, according to Commissioner Frank Mann.
Mann says Bigelow had been dealing with heart problems for years, NBC2 reports.
Mann says Bigelow was "one of the finest Lee County commissioners that served the office."
