An East Naples mother is accused of aiming her car toward school employees who told her she didn't have the paperwork needed to pick up her daughter.

Around 3 p.m. Friday, Rayda Yvette Ramos, 22, was in the carpool line at Lely Elementary School when she was told she needed to go to the front office because of incomplete paperwork, according to an arrest report.

Ramos instead jumped out of her car, grabbed her daughter and pulled her inside, reports said. Witnesses said Ramos drove her car toward the principal and another employee, forcing them to jump out of the way.

Ramos got out of her car one more time, yelled at the school's principal, then sped off, reports said.

Ramos, of the 6400 block of Conning Tower Circle, was arrested by Collier County deputies Tuesday morning. She faces two charges of aggravated assault on an education employee and one count of disorderly conduct.
