■ Man accused of calling in phony prescriptions

Grand theft arrests

■ Edward Allen Barrs, 35, of White Pines, Tenn., was arrested Thursday by Collier deputies at 4955 Golden Gate Parkway. He is accused of stealing an ab exercise machine and an electric shaver from a Kmart. He also is accused of violating county probation.

■ Robert Hugh Levi, 21, of the 500 block of St. Andrews Boulevard, East Naples, was arrested Thursday by Collier deputies at 3015 U.S. 41 E. He is accused of selling a stolen bracelet to a pawn shop. He faces additional charges of dealing in stolen property and defrauding a pawnbroker.

DUI arrest

David Robert Stonier, 59, of the 1000 block of Smokehouse Bay Drive, Marco Island, was arrested Thursday by Collier deputies at Collier and Capri boulevards.
