1. U.S. MARSHALS CAPTURE MAN WANTED IN SOUTH FLORIDA SLAYING: Felipe Alex Torrealba was apprehended in Fort Myers after escaping capture at least three times before. He's wanted for questioning in a murder earlier this year.

2. OFFICIALS TO ANNOUNCE NOVEMBER UNEMPLOYMENT RATE: Gov. Rick Scott hopes the release of new unemployment figures for Florida will be an early Christmas present.

3. TEEN GETS 11 YEARS PRISON IN FLORIDA BURNING ATTACK: A teenager convicted of orchestrating an attack on a middle school classmate who was soaked in alcohol and lit ablaze was sentenced as he continues to insist on his innocence.

4. TRIAL SET FOR MOM ACCUSED OF KILLING KIDS: Julie Schenecker, the Tampa Bay area woman accused of killing her two teenagers in January 2011, will go to trial in October of 2013.
