Prep football: Four area players participate in North-South All-Star Game

Naples High School's Manny Morgan and Dan Gallman, Barron Collier's Jake Berman, and South Fort Myers' Jayron Kearse all played on the South team in the Florida North-South All-Star Football Game on Wednesday in Sebring.The South won, 25-14.All but Kearse started and played the entire game. Kearse did have an interception. T.J. Douglas of Fort Myers and Johnell Barnes of Dunbar also were on the team. Douglas scored a touchdown.

Naples High's Bill Kramer and Paul Horn were assistant coaches for the South, and South Fort Myers' Joe Hampton was the team coordinator.
