'Runway Madness' a success

The Runway Madness Luncheon and Fashion show goals were met.

It was to have fun, raise money, and be inspired by some of the female models.

Gina Sisbarro, chaired the fundraiser for the Kiwanis Club of Marco Island, with a packed room at the Hideaway Beach Club on Thursday.

The female models were members of Curves of Marco, who earned their shapes.

The male models, members of the Kiwanis Club, actually spiced up the show a bit, with Marco Fire Chief Mike Murphy coming out with a fire extinguisher and others being a bit bon vivant with drinks sports equipment as their props.

“The show was inspiring as we showed women who had realized goals of living a healthier lifestyle,” Sisbarro said.

Fashions displayed were from Petunia’s on Fifth, Island Trends and Hideaway Beach Pro Shop.
