Drug arrests

Jorge Reyes Gutierrez, 22, of Miami, was arrested Monday by Florida Highway Patrol troopers at mile marker 98 of Interstate 75. He is accused of cocaine possession and bringing drugs into a detention facility. He also faces two counts of driving with a suspended or expired license.

Phillip A. Garcia, 18, of the 500 block of North 19th Street, Immokalee, was arrested Monday by Collier deputies near his home. He is accused of marijuana possession with intent to sell, a felony, and faces two additional misdemeanor drug charges.

Richard Thomas Hofler, 53, listed on an arrest report as homeless, was arrested Sunday by Collier deputies near the intersection of Roberts Avenue and North 11th Street in Immokalee, He faces one felony charge of cocaine possession and a misdemeanor count of drug paraphernalia possession.

DUI arrests

Andrew Mitchell Wieczorek, 25, of the 1100 block of Mainsail Drive, East Naples, was arrested Sunday at the intersection of U.S. 41 East and Barefoot Williams Road. He faces three additional misdemeanor charges of marijuana and drug paraphernalia possession.

Bryan Michael Emmith, 24, of the 9900 block of Boca Circle, North Naples, was arrested Monday by Collier deputies at the intersection of Vanderbilt Beach Road and Stacil Circle.
