FORT MYERS — NeoGenomics Inc., a Fort Myers-based provider of cancer-focused genetic testing services, Thursday reported its results for the fourth quarter and full year 2011.
Revenue in the fourth quarter was $12.9 million, a $4.1 million — or 47 percent — increase over the same quarter of 2010. Revenue for all of 2011 was $43.5 million, a $9.1 million — or 27 percent — increase over 2010 revenue totaling $34.4 million.
"For the third quarter in a row we posted the largest year-over-year and sequential quarterly increases in revenue in our corporate history, and our revenue growth rate continued to accelerate throughout the quarter," said Douglas M. VanOort, the company's chairman and CEO.
