MARCO ISLAND — Healthcare-related providers and businesses got a chance to talk to a lot of prospective customers all at once, when Mackle Park hosted the Marco Island Community Health Fair on Saturday. Companies and organizations from massage therapists to tai chi classes, from EMTs to dermatologists and gynecologists, and manicure specialists to financial services – “not having good financial health is very stressful,” said Dianna Dohm from Mutual of Omaha – held consultations, demonstrations, and on-the-spot treatments for attendees, estimated at 600 by Mindy Matusiak of the city’s Parks & Recreation Dept.
