Ave Maria Development is offering a $5,000 Ave Maria Publix Supermarket store credit as a new home purchase incentive.

The promotion is for Feb. 21 through April 30 for anyone buying a new home or condominium in the town of Ave Maria. A signed contract for the purchase of the home or condominium must be presented to Ave Maria Development no later than April 30.

The Publix Supermarket store credit will be given to the purchaser at closing by Ave Maria Development and will be valid at the Ave Maria Publix Supermarket location. Information: www.avemaria.com or call (239) 352-3907.
